Robert Fulton, Owner
Robert co-founded Cardinal Roofing in 1982. He has been working in the roofing business for over 34 years. Robert attended the University of North Texas and has worked in a variety of trades in the construction industry including framing, structural steel, and commercial roofing. Rocky Potter, Owner
Rocky began working in the roofing business in Joplin, Missouri in 1972, then moved to Texas and co-founded Cardinal Roofing in 1982. Rocky lives in Arlington with his wife of 40 years. They have 2 children, and 3 grandchildren. He enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson. rpotter@cardinalroofinginc.com
Josh Potter, Executive Vice President
